Birthday Bag Program
Some things you might find in your Birthday Bag:
cake mix, icing, candles, cake pan, cupcake liners, sprinkles, party decor, plates, table cloth, napkins, utensils, small gift for birthday child, card, etc. Please know that we do our best to accommodate all requests, but we run off donated inventory and items are ever-changing.
Do you or someone you know need a little help giving their child a birthday?
Birthday Bags have everything needed to have a small birthday celebration for a child. Pass the info along and tell them to apply.

Fill out Application answering all questions

Show up at the designated date/time/location you chose to pick up your bag.
You will apply for a Birthday Bag the MONTH PRIOR to your child's birthday. Mark your calendars and apply accordingly. Please be sure to answer all questions on the application form and chose a location to pick up. There is a limited number of bags per month.
* must be a Bartholomew County Resident
* children turning ages 1-18 are eligible

How can you help?
* Sponsor a Birthday Bag in memory of a child in your life who gained their wings.
Your $20 donation can sponsor a bag. Whether the child is a son, daughter, niece, nephew, grandchild, a friend's child, miscarriage, etc. We will include the name of the angel child and/or a special message attached to the bag in their memory.

There is a wish list on Amazon for the Birthday Bag Program. Feel free to purchase something from the list or make a donation with the above "Bag Sponsor" link and in the notes add "Amazon" and we will take care of it for you.
